How does the free trial work?
Request a free 30-minute online trial and choose an available time. Honey will confirm it or offer another time based on availability. Your request is not a confirmed appointment.
Are lessons online?
Yes. SmartSnail offers live online private and small-group learning. Your meeting details and agreed schedule are shared when your session is confirmed.
What is the difference between Comprehensive and Accelerated?
Both IELTS and CELPIP options include four live hours a week over 24 instructional weeks. Accelerated adds four structured self-study hours each week, with materials and practice. These are not additional live tutoring hours.
How do I choose BELL, AIM, or ACE?
Tell us about your English experience and goals. BELL works from A1 toward B1, AIM from B1 toward B2, and ACE from B2 toward C1. Each level has 36 live hours over 12 weeks, and a free English assessment helps determine placement. Placement and progress depend on your starting point.
Can friends or siblings learn together?
Classes can include 2–4 compatible students. We consider grade, level, goals, and scheduling before confirming a group. Per-student savings are 20% for two students, 30% for three, and 40% for four.
Can I combine discounts?
No. One discount applies per enrollment: a prepaid discount, group discount, referral reward, or launch offer.
Is the $1,000 offer eight live hours a week?
Yes. The launch offer includes 32 private live hours across four weeks—eight live hours per week. It is separate from the Accelerated programs’ self-study component.
What does a month of tuition mean?
Our published blocks use explicit instructional weeks. A four-week block is four teaching weeks; 12-week and 24-week packages are not calculated as variable-length calendar months.
Do you guarantee scores or school admission?
No. We provide instruction, practice, and feedback. Results vary with your starting level, attendance, effort, and other factors.
What if I need to cancel or withdraw?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling a lesson. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged according to your enrollment agreement. Prepaid withdrawal and any eligible refund are handled under the written terms, including applicable consumer rights.
Can I get a custom program?
Yes. Specialized Academic English is quoted individually. Use the quote form to tell us your goals, current level, preferred schedule, and the support you need.
