A practical overview of how we arrange lessons and handle your inquiry. Your written enrollment agreement sets out the full terms before payment.
Lessons & scheduling
Lessons are live and online. We agree on your program, class size, session times, and instructional weeks before enrollment. Trial sessions are free, last 30 minutes, and require Honey’s confirmation.
Pricing & payments
Prices are listed in CAD. Four-week, 12-week, and 24-week figures refer to instructional weeks. Eligible private tuition receives 5% off for 12 weeks paid upfront or 10% off for 24 weeks paid upfront. Group, referral, prepaid, and promotional discounts cannot be combined.
Cancellations & lateness
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a lesson cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged under your enrollment terms. If you will be late, contact Honey; the 15-minute late rule and session handling will be stated in your agreement.
Prepaid withdrawal
Prepaid packages are intended as a commitment to the agreed period. The enrollment agreement explains withdrawal and refund eligibility before payment. If an eligible early-withdrawal refund is approved, the prepaid discount is forfeited and lessons already provided are recalculated at the regular rate. Any applicable legal rights continue to apply.
Trial requests
The calendar shows only times that do not overlap Honey’s existing events. Your selected time is held as a pending booking until Honey confirms it. Please wait for confirmation and online meeting details.
Your inquiry & privacy
We use the information you submit to respond, recommend suitable learning options, and arrange requested sessions. We ask for contact details and relevant learning information; please do not include identity documents, medical information, or financial details in these forms.
Trial scheduling information may be recorded in SmartSnail Academy’s Google Calendar. Inquiry information is used by the academy to handle your request. We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms.
For a child’s inquiry, use a parent or guardian’s contact details. This website does not require a student account or payment card to request a trial.
