Education journey

At the young age of 18, I made a resolute decision to pursue my passion and enroll in the prestigious field of English language and literature at one of Iran's top universities. I embarked on my educational journey at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where I dedicated myself to obtaining a Bachelor's degree in this field. Alongside my studies, I excelled in the Teacher Training Course (TTC), achieving an outstanding A grade.

Armed with my TTC qualification, I eagerly embarked on a teaching career, imparting my knowledge to students across multiple academies. However, after several years of teaching, I felt a yearning for something more.

As an English instructor, I firmly believed that merely holding a Bachelor's degree was insufficient to truly make a transformative impact on my students' lives. If you have read about my earlier experiences, you know that making a difference is the ultimate reward of teaching. Therefore, I resolved to return to university and pursue a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, with the intention of honing my abilities and becoming an expert supervisor.

I firmly believe that my knowledge, skills, and attitudes will greatly contribute to effective management and the overall quality of my work as a future director. As I deepen my understanding of teaching techniques, classroom management strategies, and professional resources, I become a more invaluable member of the educational community, recognizing the significance of managerial skills.

Therefore, I consciously chose to pursue a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, as it will empower me to enhance instruction and services for English language learners and teachers alike. This choice represents the wisest decision I have made for my future studies.

Furthermore, as I envision my long-term goal, owning a language institute, I understand the crucial need for a knowledgeable and professional leader to manage it exceptionally. Obtaining my Master's degree in leadership will undoubtedly equip me with the expertise required to fulfill this aspiration.

Notably, the program is tailored to meet the lifelong learning needs of working professionals, offering a practical and flexible approach. Its distinctive and integrated learning model encompasses a rich and systematic online learning experience, complemented by face-to-face experiential learning, business visits, and even overseas travel studies.

Here is a picture of myself alongside my research team on the thesis presentation day at Trinity Western University . Each of us represents the future cohort of effective, teachable, and brilliant leaders. It is worth noting that we come from diverse academic backgrounds, including health, business, and education.
